There is something really kind of disorienting about these Anthony. Especially the top one. I was trying to work out which part of you it was. Goodness. Strange how the body can be fragmented in such a way. I love the lamp ones as well. Stark metal of futurism. Le futurisme. Did you do it in clock time or duree?

Skulls within skulls.

Duree, always duree. Well, I had a frog in the throat and just coughed it up.
I fancy myself as a futurist, constructivist, vorticist kind of chap.
I'm on a mission to reclaim the skull symbol from Goths or run-of-the-mill rock'n'roll imagery.

We are all boneheads. Nice to see that fact made visible.

I think of Holbein first viz skulls, myself. Hey, viz skulls: I can picture it now... a boneheaded, happless character, going about some small, domestic adventure. Last panel as Viz does, he or she gets skull bashed in.

Heart in mouth. Head in mouth. Bone speak. Speaking with forked cranium.

Yes, disorientating.

Yes, I like the skull image - very beautiful in and of itself and, of course, the memento mori par excellence.

Indeed. I love the old brain in a jar, too.
